The family of Clarence Edward "Butch" Kaufman, age 74, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.

Clarence proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. from June 1963 - June 1967 serving in Vietnam and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant.

In civilian life, Clarence was employed at General Dynamics working on Tomahawk cruise missiles and then from there was employed as a department head at Home Depot.

Our hero will be interred in the memorial garden wall next to his wife. Clarence is survived by his 3 daughters; Christina, Heather and Laurel.  His surviving siblings include; Loretta, Judy, Joyce, Tom and Bill.  He has 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. 

Note: Services will take place in the memorial garden.  This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, please see the time table if you would like to participate.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain.) Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car.) Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
