The family of Kenneth W. Kosiorek have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the service and military honors of their Hero, we would be honored to do so.
Kenneth, known by his family and friends as Ken, enlisted in the U.S. Navy shortly after high school in 1975 and served 5 years in the Navy.
Ken learned welding and worked the last 17 years for Airgas in San Diego as a welder.
Ken loved dirt biking and rode a dirt bike most of his adult life. He taught and encouraged his nephews to ride also. A sport they all enjoyed participating in together. Most notably Ken participated in the annual Baja Series for the last 5 years, and even though most of the riders that enter this do it in teams, he did it solo which was quite an achievement.
Ken is survived by his nephews, Greg Smith (wife Melissa) and Mike Smith, his mother Lee Stephenson, and 4 sisters, Claudia Miller, Valerie Hargraves, Paula Kosiorek, and Patricia Feraco.
This will be a Flag Line only at the cemetery, there will be no interment.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
