This is the 6th Annual Ride to the Flags - A ride in memorial of 9/11 in memory of all who died on America's soil that day.  We ride from Pt. Mugu Naval Air Station to Pepperdine University where there is a field of color with an American Flag for each victim of 9/11.

We have a great ceremony put together by the United States Navy!

Ventura Co and LA Co Sheriffs along with Motorcade Protection Service Inc. and our forever loyal Road Team are leading and controlling intersections for your safety!  We also have an improved parking plan at Pepperdine.

Trikes and bikes travel together in the mass formation led by the LA Sheriff Memorial Cruisers, and our man of the hour Sgt. James Carey who we are honoring this year.

Don’t forget your big flags, your patriotism, your smiles and be ready to meet Veteran and Wounded Warrior Sgt James Carey USMC!

We will be asking all participants to help in this year’s flag line for the presentation of the colors at Naval Base Ventura County Point Mugu, CA.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in this event. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be riding from Pt Mugu to Pepperdine University, please see the time table if you would like to participate.  THIS RIDE IS BIKES & TRIKES ONLY - sorry no cages.
