Herman was born on 30 Jul 1990 and entered into Eternal Rest on 6 Apr 2019.
Herman entered the United States Marine Corps in 2008 and was discharged in 2012 as a Mortar Man (0341). He served with the 2/7 a renowned Marine Unit called the “War Dogs” achieving the rank of Corporal and earned a Rifle Expert badge and a Pistol Markmanship badge as well. His medals included the Global War On Terroism , National Defense Service, Navy Unit Commendation and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.
Herman enjoyed the outdoors, physical fitness and spending time with his family and friends after his discharge from the Marines. His favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.
Herman is survived by his mother Nicole Cuevas, his step father Jose Luis Cuevas, two brothers Salvador and George Prieto, his sister Claudia Penalosa, and two step sisters Erika Cuevas and Linda Leon.
This Hero passed away of COMBAT RELATED issues, there will be dog tags.NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the mortuary to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
