The family and the US Marine Corps have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the funeral services for a Hero of the Korean War, PFC Roger Gonzales, 20, we will be honored to do so.
PFC Roger Gonzales was born on February 14, 1930 in Los Angeles, CA. He was the son of Antonio and Anastasia Gonzales. He was killed in action while serving in Korea with the US Marine Corps in the Battle of the Chosin Reservoir on November 29, 1950.
PFC Gonzales was serving with Company F, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division. He was reported MIA at the time, and his remains have now been identified and he has returned to his country and his family. We will attend his service as he is buried on US soil of the country he loved.
He is survived by two sisters, Alicia Vallejo and Eremina Salceda.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
