!!! URGENT NOTICE !!! STAND DOWN !!! THE FAMILY HAS CANCELLED THE FUNERAL

The family of Jeffrey Allen Hayes, 41, a USMC Veteran, has invited the Patriot Guard to honor their loved one at his final service. We are honored to accept this invitation.

Jeffrey served in the Marine Corps from August 21, 1996 to August 20, 2000. Jeff served the entire 4 years at Camp Pendleton, aside from technical training at Fort Leonard Wood for 2 months.  He was a 3531 – Motor Vehicle Operator.  Awards received were a Meritorious Unit Commendation, Letter of Appreciation, and Rifle Marksman Badge.

As a civilian, Jeff was a truck driver, most recently driving a car hauler.  His family was the most important part of his life.  He was married to Maggie Hayes for 17 years, and they have four children:  Jocilyn, Alyssa, Jacob, and Brooklynn.  He also leaves behind one brother, Christopher, and his mother, Sharon.  He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth.

For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the mortuary to his final resting place, approx. 70 miles.
