*** DAY/TIME CHANGE #3 ** DAY/TIME CHANGE #3 ***
This arrival is now moved back again to TONIGHT. It is now a LATE NIGHT mission. See updated time table below. We dont expect it to shift again! Ride safe!

We have been invited by the Command and the FRO of this USMC Unit to welcome home several of their brave Marines and Sailors who are returning from deployment, we are honored to be there!

This Unit has been away from home and family for many months. They are returning to the States and deserve a Hero's welcome!

Please bring your smiles, handshakes, hugs, banners and flags and be prepared to thank them for their service and all that they do to keep us free and allow us to sleep safely in our beds at night.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Marine Unit. This mission will not involve an accompaniment. We will greet these Marines with a Flag Line upon their arrival. Please see the time table below if you would like to participate.

We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car.  If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).

This mission involves an aircraft arrival.  Arrival times can change at the last minute so please check this thread for any last minute changes before leaving.  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.

Each motorcycle rider must have registration, and proof of insurance. Also necessary are, hard sole shoes, long pants, full-fingered gloves, a long sleeve outer garment, eye protection, and a DOT helmet.  A brightly colored reflective vest is no longer needed but recommended.  Please have your I.D. ready when you arrive at the gate.

Due to OPSEC (Operational Security) limitations which involve troop movements and on-base activities, exact details of this mission will be explained at the "Mission Briefing" only.
