The Patriot Guard Riders has the humbling honor of escorting over 120 Gold Star family members Tuesday, November 25 to and at the National Training Center in Ft. Irwin.

Annie Nelson, who is the founder of the American Soldier Network, and First Sgt Jeff Jackson, POI at NTC, are organizing this event. It will include a sit down luncheon with the GSF and other service members which the PGR are invited to attend free of charge. Realizing our relationship with the GSF a special request for the PGR was asked for. A trip to the NTC museum and comic acts from the Veterans of Comedy are also slated.

PGR is requested to assemble with the GSF at the Painted Rocks outside the main gate at 0830. At 1000 Ft Irwin MP’s will escort the PGR and their bikes and the GSF (who will board busses at the Rocks), to the locations on the fort. Security has recently been heightened however I was informed that if you are part of the parade, no check-in will be required. If you are late you will be required to stop at the visitor center to check in.
