The family of Steven Z. Vasquez has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to form a flag line for this Hero at the church.  We will be honored to do so.

Steven joined the Army in 1968. He served in Vietnam and was part of the U. S. Army Color Guard. He was separated in 1970 at the rank of SP4.

Although never married, he lived with his life partner for 34 years and her children and grandchildren called him papa. He was a very devoted family man.

The family has requested the PGR accompany them to the church from their home, approx. 2 miles. Therefore, we will need 3 volunteers to for a missing man from the home to the church. You will need to be at the family home by 0915. Please email or call me direct if you volunteer.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will meet at the church to honor this hero. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.
