The family of Major Daniel Francis Trenski, 83 has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this hero for his service to his country. We will consider it a privilege to do so.

Major Trenski, a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps served his country proudly for over 26 years, time that included combat duty in Vietnam.   

For his service this hero received the following: Pistol Expert Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Korean Service Medal, United Nation Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal with 1 Star, Navy Commendation Medal “V” w/ Gold Star, the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Gallantry Cross, Bronze Star Medal w/ “V” and the Presidential Unit Citation.

The family has requested a Flag Line at Miramar National Cemetery as this hero receives his final honors.

This is a Combat Related mission so there will be tags.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
