SHORT NOTICE!!!

UPDATE: The flight has been changed to come in on Sunday, 19 November 2023.  Please see new timetable below with approximate flag line time.  Again, times can change at the last minute so please check this thread for any last minute flight changes before leaving.  FLAG LINE ONLY; NO ACCOMPANIMENT.

The Command and Family Readiness Officer of the 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines Regiment have asked the Patriot Guard Riders to welcome home their brave Marines and Sailors from a recent deployment.  These men and women have lived in an environment very different from the one you and I live, and are fortunate to be able to wake up to everyday.  Let's all come out and show them how much we appreciate what they do for us every day!

NOTE:  This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Marine Unit.  This will be a flag line only mission at March AFB due to weather conditions.  Please see the time table below if you would like to participate.

Again, this mission involves an aircraft arrival.  Arrival times can change at the last minute so please check this thread for any last minute changes before leaving

Due to OPSEC (Operational Security) limitations which involve troop movements and on-base activities, exact details of this mission will be explained at the "Mission Briefing" only.
