The United States Navy and family of SB2 Noah Michael Tobin have requested the Patriot Guard Riders respectfully accompany their hero from Porterville, CA to Escondido, CA.  It will be our honor to fulfill their request.

SB2 Noah Tobin was actively serving with the United States Navy as a Special Warfare Boat Operator and assigned to Special Boat Team 20.  SB2 Tobin was tragically killed while taking part in a parachute training accident in Porterville, CA.

SB2 Tobin joined the Navy in 2021.  After boot camp, he earned the enlisted special warfare combatant crewman designation in 2023.  Special Boat Team 20 operates fast, small watercraft to insert and extract Navy SEALS and other special warfare troops.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero.   For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying this young hero from Porterville, CA to Escondido, CA, approximately 265 miles, with two dignified transfers listed below.  Please see the timetable below if you wish to participate in any portion of this mission.
