This will be a two Part mission The Patriot Guard Riders of So California have lost one of our own. We are very saddened by the passing of Robert Beecher II, PGR Brother and good friend to many.
We have been invited by the family to accompany him from Bakersfield to Lake Elsinore for Part 1 and to be present to honor him at his funeral services, we will be honored to do so.
Part 1 will consist of accompanying a mortuary vehicle from Duarte up to Bakersfield to the coroner's office and receiving our Brother, then returning to Lake Elsinore. This will be a very long ride, you are welcome to ride all the way up and back with us or meet us at the gas stop in Sylmar on the return trip and ride with us to the final destination.
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this PGR Brother. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying our Brother to the funeral home. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the funeral home we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
