The family of Carol McClaron has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders to honor this American Hero, it will be our honor to do so.

Carol proudly served her country in the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1976 as a Sergeant during the Vietnam Era. Carol was a Personnel Specialist. After completing her training in Biloxi, Mississippi she was assigned to Travis AFB, California where she served her career.

Carol worked many jobs, however she most enjoyed creating her own business: Tax Preparer, Errand Service and others.

Carol went back to school and earned her Special Education Teaching Credential. She taught Special Education Math at the high school level.

Carol is survived by her husband Duane, her daughter Maisha and son Duane Jr. She also leaves behind her sisters Anita and Barbara and brother Charles, six grandchildren and many loving family members. Carol is preceded in death by her brother Michael.
