Richard Alan Young, aged 62 passed away on the 19th of October in Redlands, CA


Rick dedicated his life to public service, which began with his enlistment with the U.S. Army 75th Airborne Rangers, active reserve with the 12th Special Forces Group, 3rd Battalion, B Company from 1971 - 1974. When he was honorably discharged Rick was a Sgt E-5.
 
His public service began as a Reserve police officer with the Redlands Police Department and then as a  Corporal for the Banning Police Department.
 
Rick served his community for the last 25 years as a Deputy District Attorney for San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office. The last several years he was the Supervising Deputy District Attorney for the West Division District Attorney's office.
 
Rick also served as a Tail Gunner on this years Run For The Wall
 
Rick is survived by his wife Anne, 3 children Kimberly Young, Alisa Young and Thomas Young. 1 grandchild Aubrey Sanders.

1330 - KSU to assigned shelter for Flag Line, Service, and Military Honors


There will be several local PD's in attandance & providing the escort.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
