The family and the US Army have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this hero, US Army Private Michael Kozlowski. It will a great honor to do so.

Michael Kozlowski was born December 28,1939. He enlisted into the US Army at the age of 19 and served from 15 July 1958 to 28 June 1960. While serving, Michael assembled ammunition and missile. He was honorably discharged as P-2 Private.

Michael married Sandy in 1980 and was married for 39 years. Before they were married, Michael worked in sales and later after they were married, Michael and Sandy started a business called S&M Sales which involved construction and carpet. During Michael's later years, he became unable to continue to do the work on his own. Michael continued to do the estimates, and had contractors complete the work.

His hobbies included bowling, shooting pool and dancing. Michael is survived by his wife Sandy, daughter Tammy, and 2 step children. Michael also had 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
