The family of Robert P. Jones, 86, has invited the PGR to participate in honoring his life and service to his country. It will be a privilege to do so.

Robert P. Jones served in the US Army from February 6, 1953 to February 4, 1955 as a PFC Combat Construction Specialist.  Robert was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for the Korean War.

After Robert's honorable service, he became a bus driver for 9 years in Orange County Transit District.  Robert enjoyed talking to the community about the Lord and handed out biblical tracks to anyone who would take them.

Robert is survived by his two children, daughter Arlynn and son Bob.  He leaves behind his grandson, Gary II, as well as two great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Camden.
