The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to honor Robert Milton Carey, US Army Pvt. and US Coast Guard Seaman 2nd Class.   Robert proudly served in both services and upon discharge received the World War II Victory Medal.

Robert loved motorcycles, the beach and ocean.  He worked for the City of Redondo Beach from 1947 to 1980 and then owned an avocado farm from 1983 to 2013.

Robert’s grandson "Fionan" is a proud member of the Patriot Guard Riders, an Active Duty US Army Special Forces Trainee and leaving shortly for Ft Benning Jump School and SF Training.

Robert leaves behind his beloved wife Rosemary, daughter Leann, and grandson Fionan (A PGR Rider).

This mission includes a short 7 minute accompaniment and a flagline upon arrival.
