The family of Edwin Norman Love has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.

Edwin joined the Navy in 2007 & was honorably discharged in 2019. He was a “IT5 E-5”.
He was awarded the Global War on Terrorism, Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Navy, and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, & Navy E Ribbon.

"Edwin N. Love is survived by his wife, Chalauna Love. His mother, Marie Annette Love, his father Kenneth Norman, his brothers Curtis, and Kenneth, along with his grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nephews and niece, & all his shipmates, and friends."

"Edwin Love was known to ask thought-provoking questions, research unfamiliar topics and share his wisdom.   Edwin will be remembered for his wit, generosity, fun-loving spirit, harmonious book collection, keen eye, and impeccable style! Edwin transitioned from this world as a humble servant and willful soldier in God’s army!  Rest easy Edwin, in a place full of light, fresh flowers, and tranquil sounds. Until we meet again."

We encourage those who do not ride to participate in your car. If this is your first mission, go to the initial staging area, where you will be briefed by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely. Remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent with honor and respect for our Heroes—no talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep the radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we honor.
