The family of Eric Frega, has requested the assistance of the Patriot Guard Riders in honoring their Hero by accompanying him to his Final Military Honors at Riverside National Cemetery.  We will proudly accommodate that request.

Eric served in the United States Marine Corps. from October 1995 -October 1997. At the time of his Honorable discharge, he  was a Corporal (E-4). He served at the Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) in 29 Palms, California.

Following his service to America our hero went to college and with his degree in business, he worked for a non-profit for ten years. He then became the founder and director of the non-profit “American Cancer Fighter”, helping cancer patients who were Veterans or First Responders and their family members. He was also active as a coach for the Canyon Lake Little League Baseball Program. Sadly, this hero and beloved coach passed following his own brief fight with pancreatic cancer.

Our hero is survived by his wife, Jamie and their two sons, Dominic (12) and Christian (7) as well as his father, John Frega.

Note: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested and all PGR members are welcome. We will be accompanying the Hero and his family from the Church to the cemetery (approx. 12 miles). Please see the timetable if you would like to participate. If you prefer to meet the procession at the cemetery, please feel free to do so.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there, by the Ride Captain (RC). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please ride/drive safely.
