The US Navy has invited the SoCal Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor Lieutenant Commander Robert Lee Page for his service to his country.   It will be our privilege to do so.

LCDR Page, a native of Tennessee, entered the US Navy in 1990.  After completing Electronics Technician “A” School and “C” school for NAVMACS he reported to his first duty assignment aboard USS SCOTT (DDG 995). He completed several Electronic Technician “C” schools and advanced to Petty Officer First Class in 1998.  He was commissioned to Ensign under the LDO program in October 2001.

In additional to the USS Scott, LCDR Page served aboard the USS GLADIATOR (MCM 11), USS ARDENT (MCM 12), USS GONZALEZ (DDG 66), USS O’BRIEN (DD 975), USS ANZIO (CG 68), USS ASHLAND (LSD 48); and Combat Systems Maintenance Officer (CSMO) onboard USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN 73).   His Shore commands include: Tech Rep at FTSCLANT Norfolk, Budget Officer for NCSA Sector Norfolk (NATO), and Assistance Director Combat Systems Department at ATG Norfolk.

For his service LCDR Page was awarded the Joint Services Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (Four awards), Navy Achievement Medal (Five awards), the 1999 Naval Academy Class of 1966 leadership awards, and various other service and campaign medals.  His significant qualifications include Office of the Deck (OOD), Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), Tactical Action Officer (TAO) and Command Duty Officer (CDO).
