The family of Vincent Ignacio Villagran, 75, has requested the Patriot Guard to pay Honors to their American Hero. It will be our Honor to do so.
Vincent was always a hard charger when it came to work ethic or the military.
Vincent graduated from high school and after working many places, decided it was time to join the Marine Corps. He joined the Marines on May 9, 1967 and served until October 16, 1969. Vincent worked with the Marines the way he did all of his jobs he had...he learned everything he could about the job.
During Vincent's time in the Marines, he was given the MOS of 0351 - Antitank Specialist. He earned the Rifle Marksmanship Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/2 devices, Vietnamese Campaign Medal w/device, Combat Action Ribbon,
Navy Achievement Medal, Purple Heart, and a Presidential Unit Citation.
In Vincent's civilian life, he drove trucks for over 50 years. He worked for Castro Trucking, American Driscoll, Zacky Farms, Knight Transportation, and MBM. His hobbies and interests were watching his Raiders play football, USC, and Michigan; his love of baseball was focused on the Dodgers.
Vincent is survived by his two sons, Michael and Vincent, his daughter, Jamie, one sister, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
