The family of Arsenio Garcia has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Arsenio was born on September 6, 1936, in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Art's life was a testament to resilience, having lost his mother at childbirth and being raised by his grandmother, aunt, and uncle in Trinidad, Colorado. Senior Chief Arsenio Garcia served in the United States Navy for a total of 23 years. Arsenio joined the Navy in 1973 and worked as a Machinist Mate until retiring 1996. He earned a total of 6 Good Conduct Medals. After retiring, Art's entrepreneurial spirit flourished through his HVAC business, and later, his passion for training and breeding racehorses, Pomeranians, and Australian Shepherds. Art's kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity inspired countless lives, and his memory will be deeply cherished by all who were blessed to know him
Art was preceded by his parents, his sister Marie, his son Jimmy, his beloved wife Patricia. He is survived by his daughter Elisa (Jon), his son Vincent, his son Joseph. His grandchildren Michelle (Randy), Nicole (Jonny), John, Chuck, Denise (Ian) Stephen (Amanda) Sean, His great grandchildren Sofia, Charly, Riley, Bailey, Sophia, Olivia, Eli, Tyler, and Christian.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this is your first mission, go to the initial staging area, and you will be briefed by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or wear casual attire while driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent with honor and respect for our Heroes—no talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we honor.
