The family of George Polasky has requested the Patriot Guard to accompany and honor George as he makes his final journey to Miramar National Cemetery.  We would be honored to do so.

George served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1969.  He was a member of the Honor Guard for 2 years at Presidio, San Francisco.   George served proudly and was honored that he was able to serve his country.

George lived his civilian life almost entirely in Chula Vista where he was a Construction Sales Representative, servicing Civilian Contractors and Military Contracts.

He was a widower for 15 years and raised his youngest daughter Nicole on his own.  He loved to fish and cook Thanksgiving Dinner.

George is survived by his son, Robert, daughters Tina, Tanya, Natasha, Falon and Nicole.  Brothers, Donald, Ralph, Edmund, Louis, Alfred, David.
