The wife and family of George (Skip) Kenneth Mazey, Jr., US Navy Veteran, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend his service and military honors, we would be privileged to do so.

Skip served his country honorably in the Vietnam War.

After serving in the Navy, Skip continued to serve his country as a full time volunteer at the Loma LInda VA Hospital with the Guitars for Vets, Loma Linda Chapter. He served as an music and guitar instructor .to veterans who suffer from PTSD or Traumatic Brain Injury. He could also be seen in the Community Living Center playing the guitar for those veterans living at the VA, at the end of their journey.

He was so loved and respected by the many people, young and old, who were his students. He was a vital part of the education team at the Guitars for Vets. His expertise in music, and love for the guitar carried him through his many journeys in life.

According to his wife, He had the opportunity to join us on several missions.
