The family of Robert Rene Woodson has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to Honor this American Hero. It will be our Honor to do so.

Robert was born in 1979. Having finished High School, Robert joined the United States Coast Guard in 2002 and served honorably until 2006. While in the Coast Guard Robert obtained the following medals and ribbons for his service. The Coast Guard Unit Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, USCG Merit Team Commendation Medal, USCG  "E" Ribbon Unit Citation, 911 Transportation Ribbon, Global War On Terror Service Medal.

After the Coast Guard Robert worked as a truck driver owner/operator. Robert was considered an essential worker so as to keep our Country running when supplies on everything were running dangerously low. Robert drove until the day of his passing.

Robert loved his country music, and being home with his family when he wasn't on the road. Robert was only 41 yrs old at the time of his  passing.

Robert leaves behind his loving wife Maria, and his 4 children, Maya 10 yrs old, Alonzo 14 yrs old, Shawn 17 yrs old, and Torrence 19 yrs old, and many other family members and friends. He will be sorely missed by all and never forgotten.

"Standing for those who stood for us"

Only 2 defining forces offered to die for you:
Jesus Christ, and the American Soldier:
One died for your soul, the other one died for your freedom.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
