The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of David Lowry Carter to participate in their loved one's final military honors. It would be our honor to do so.

His time in service to his country included the Global War on Terrorism in Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. As a dental tech in that era, his duties included the identification of our in-theater KIA's by means of dental records. The (FMF) suffix to his HM2 rating stands for “Fleet Marine Force”, meaning he was trained with and was qualified to perform duties in concert with Marines.
David passed on June 2nd , 2017 at the young age of 49.
