The family of Cpl Richard A. Gomez, age 23, and the US Marine Corps have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor our Hero with an accompany to his final resting place.  We will be honored to do so.

Cpl Richard Gomez was serving with the Marine Corps in Camp Lejeune, NC as part of the 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment at the time of his passing.  He was very proud to serve as a Marine and was well thought of by all his fellow Marines and his Commanding Officers.

Richard Gomez grew up in the Inland Empire in So California and graduated from Rancho Verde High School in Moreno Valley.  He loved cars, racing and video games.  His family says he was a compassionate person, always helping those around him. He was a loving father, son, brother, grandson, and cousin.
