The family of Bob Eugene Rykhus, age 91, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service. It will be our privilege to do so.
Bob Rykhus, served his country in the United States Army for 2 years (1955 to 1957). Bob served as a vehicle mechanic.
For his 2 years of honorable service Bob was awarded the Good Conduct Medal. He achieved the rank of SP3.
Bob worked as a mechanic after the Army and he also worked at Sea World. His hobbies were working in his woodshop at home and he enjoyed his memberships at the local Elks Lodge, VFW, and American Legions.
Survivors are his partner of 19 years, Wilda, daughter Linda, son Bob, and 7 grandchildren.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
