The family of Steven Michael Pyron has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend his service and Military Honors.
It will be our honor to do so.

Steven enlisted in the U.S. Army and served from 8/5/1969 until 5/02/1971, during this time he served overseas in Vietnam. During his enlistment he was awarded the following medals. marksman for the M-16, expert for M-14, Vietnam Service,Vietnam Campaign with one tour, the National defense ribbon and the Good conduct medal. He was Honorably discharged at the rank of SGT.(E5).

Steven was a substance abuse counselor in the Antelope Valley for 40 years, His hobbies were camping he loved to be outdoors, and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed taking his family to the Kern River where they all loved river rafting.

Steven is survived by his wife Diana, 2 children; Joseph, Jennifer, and 5 grand Children.

Note: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring the Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be performing a flag line for the hero and his family at his service. Please see time table if you would like to participate.

You do not have to be a veteran or ride a motorcycle to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your cars. If this is your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or casual dress if you are in your car. Please feel free to attend any protion of this mission you can. Pleas ride/drive safely and bring water to keep yourself hydrated.
