The family of Dale Brown, 78, has invited the PGR to participate in honoring his life and service to his country. It will be a great honor to do so.

Dale Brown (December 2, 1941 – February 12, 2020) entered the United States Air Force February 21, 1961, and served during the Vietnam War in the medical field.  Dale was honorably discharged February 20, 1967.  Some of his awards and medals include the Air Force Good Conduct Medal and the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award.

After his discharge, Dale continued his career in the medical field and worked as an EEG Technician, studying the electrical activities of the human brain.  He worked in the health industry for over 55 years and eventually became the CEO of the company he originally worked for.

Dale is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn, his daughter, MaryAnn, and son, Dan Brown.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the Hero from the family home in Cerritos, CA to Riverside National Cemetery (RNC) - a distance of about 49 miles. Due to the current policies at RNC, there will be no staging/shelter area. The hero’s remains will be delivered to the administration building.

Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to RNC, we will meet you in the parking area behind the administration building.

“It’s always too soon to quit”

If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
