The family of Daniel B Morales, 52, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend his funeral service and military honors, it will be our honor to do so.

Daniel Morales entered active duty in the US Army in 1984. He performed duties as a tank driver and eventually achieved Master gunner status.

He served as a tank gunner in support of Desert Storm. After retirement from the military in 2009, he was employed as the office manager of the Antelope Valley Veterans Center until he became too ill to continue to work.

He enjoyed building models, anything having to do with Star Wars, watching football and baseball. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by his wife Valerie, step daughter Tara, granddaughter Brooke. Mother Irene, and brothers Rudy, William, Eric and Anthony.
