Ed or Eddie, known by family in friends, graduated from Corona High School in 1987. He had a heart for service and served as a wildfire firefighter in California for two years before entering the military. He served from 01/1991-12/1995 in the United States Marine Corps and from 9/2001-3/2022 in the Army National Guard. While serving, he was an infantryman in both branches and achieved the rank of Corporal, E-4, in the Corps. He earned the following awards: National Defense Ribbon, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation and Expert Rifle (BAR) badge.
From 2008 and until his passing, Eddie worked as a bartender at Levy Restaurant in the Crypto Area and as an Uber driver. He enjoyed video games and watching Star Wars and the Three Stooges. He was a big Dodgers and Rams fan.
Eddie enjoyed frequently taking his sisters to lunch at the Sizzler. He was a pillar of support to his siblings. He is survived by sisters, Rosie, Susie, Lupe, and Shirley, and brothers, Raymond, Robert, and Richard. He took immense pride in being involved in the lives of his nieces and nephews since he never married.

(949) 939-7282“One straw at a time”You do not have to be a veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the Ride Captain (RC). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
