The family of Allan Anderson have invited the SoCal PGR to attend his Celebration of Life and Military Honors.  It will be our honor to do so.

Allan served his country in the US Army.  He served from April 1968 to November 1970.  His service was in Vietnam and Korea.  He was Honorably Discharged at the rank of SP5.  He was awarded the National Service Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal.

Allan was an accomplished musician and played in numerous bands back to his high school years.  He played many instruments but primarily the guitar and keyboards.  He worked for the Pomona Unified School District in Grounds Maintenance until his retirement in 2014.  He was a motorcycle enthusiast, owning a Harley Davidson.

Allen is survived by his wife of 30 years Elva Anderson.  He also leaves behind his son Allan Michael Dutton and 2 grandchildren as well as his brother Robert Gordon Anderson and sisters Diane Irene Anderson and Christine Joyce Anderson.

The PGR is invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Allan’s home where the Upland VFW Post will administer his Military Honors.  After Honors, PGR will be dismissed.
