The family of Army Veteran Robert (Bob) Grosland has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their hero for his service and sacrifice to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.

Bob’s army service included active duty 1971 to 1973 and USA Reserves 1973 to 1975. He served six months in Vietnam from September 1971 to March 1972. He earned numerous medals including the Vietnam Service Medal w/1 Campaign Star, Good Conduct Medal, Air Medal, Combat Infantryman’s Badge and Expert Badges in several weapons. 
 
While in the Reserves, Bob was assigned to West Point to provide mortar training to Cadets. He attained the rank of SP4/E4 at discharge.
 
Following his military service Bob was an electrician for forty years.  He enjoyed working with and teaching young electricians.
 
Bob is survived by his mother Lois, his wife Patty, sons Michael and Jon, daughter Melissa and brothers Ronny and Roger.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage Please ride/drive safely.
