The family of Albert William Davis has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in their hero’s final journey. We are honored to fulfill this request.
Our hero enlisted into the US Navy on January 22, 1968 and was honorably discharged November 1, 1971 at the rank of CYN3 (E-4). He served during the Vietnam War and was also stationed at Naval Facility, Barbers Point in Hawaii working in communications. During his time of service, he was awarded the National Defense Ribbon, Vietnam Service Medal, and Vietnam Campaign Medal.
As a civilian, he worked in construction as a hodcarrier and then became a sales rep for La Habra Stucco until retiring. He then started a small wood working company creating wood crafts. His hobbies included wood working, fishing, traveling, golf and spending time with family, especially his grandkids.
Albert is succeeded in death by his wife, Cheryle and children Tiffany, Brandon and Nicole. He will be missed by his eight grandchildren: Madison, Jack, Alyse, Scott, Andrew, Allison, Makayla, and Logan.
