Wreaths Across America mission is to “Remember the fallen. Honor those who serve. Teach the next generation the value of freedom. Our volunteers are the beating heart of the program and work year-round to share this important mission and inspire others to join.”
For the first time, Walmart Transportation has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in their transport for Wreaths Across America delivering wreaths to Riverside National Cemetery. We will be accompanying Walmart's truck/trailer to the cemetery to deliver the wreaths to be placed on the graves of fallen service members the following day.
NOTE: This mission event posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring our fallen soldiers. For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying the Walmart trucks from the Walmart Transportation yard in in Fontana to RNC, approximately 22 miles. ALR members have also been invited to this mission. Please see the timetable below if you would like to participate.
Bring your big flags and let’s show our support to Wreaths Across America and our fallen military heroes as we remember them this holiday season.
