Workers needed:

We need several people and a few PU trucks to arrive at 0630 to help us open, sort, and prepare the wreaths for the day.  We are expecting several hundred wreaths this year!  Anyone available and wishing to assist please stage at Shelter G we should be done with this by no later than 0730/0800 so you will have plenty of time to go over and stage with the PGR after the work is complete.

Mission Plan:

Part 1: This year’s event will run much like the last several year’s event.
We will again escort the vehicle with the Military Services Wreaths from the staging area, to the amphitheater. Once at the amphitheater we will form a flag line for the main wreath placement and then enjoy the ceremony.

Part 2: Back due to popular demand! After the ceremony we will again do the Around RNC in 60 minutes ride so that we can visit your hero and loved ones grave site.

Come join us!!
Let's make this year an even better Celebration of our heroes!

Many details are still being ironed out and I will post up-dates as we get closer so please mark this thread for up- dates.
