The family of Randy Frank Rendon has requested the honor of the Patriot Guard at the service of this American Hero of the United States Army.  It would be our Honor to do so.

Frank served in Germany 1965 – 1968 during the Cold War.  He was a Member of  special Forces – Green Beret.  He was awarded the Army of Occupation, Armed Forces Expeditiary, National Defense, Good Conduct, Medals.   At the time of his discharge Frank had attained the rank of Sgt.

He retired from the Trinity County Sheriff Dept., and rode the Run to the Wall 15 times.  He loved his family, swimming the beach and sunsets.

Frank is survived by Wife, Roxy Ann,  nine Step Children, seven Grandchildren, Brother Ron Ramirez, Sisters, Allyson Talley and Maryann Bowen.

Note:  This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran.  For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the Hero and his family from the American Legion, Escondido to Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego.  Please see the time table if you would like to participate.  For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

1200 – Flag Line, Funeral Service with Full Military Honors

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission.  Everyone is welcome.  We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car.  If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
