The family of Gilbert John Weyer has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their Hero, we would be honored to do so.
Gilbert Weyer enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1965 and was an aerial gunner in Vietnam. He was attached to the famed "Screaming Eagles" and was honorably discharged in 1969.
After the military he was an electronics salesman. He traveled the world, loved the outdoors and was a great fisherman.
Mr. Weyer is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, 2 grandchildren, 3 siblings and a host of family and friends.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
