The family of Benny Silva has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.

Benny was born on 14 December 1947 and entered into Eternal Rest on 12 February 2020.

Benny was drafted into the US Army and served from 23 January 1968 to 22 January 1970.  He was trained as an Infantryman, with Company A 4th Battalion 1st Brigade Infantry.  Benny earned the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Rifle Expert Badge(M-14).  At the time of his Honorably discharged, Benny earned the rank of Sergeant(E-5).

After his service, Benny worked as a purchasing agent for companies making products that mainly shipped overseas.

Benny was the head of the family as he was the oldest of his 9 sisters and one brother.  If anyone needed something fixed they came to Benny.  He could fix anything and everything.
