The family of Willie Terrance Jones has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.

Willie was born on 05 February 1960 and entered into Eternal Rest on 20 June 2019.

Willie joined the USMC in 1980 and served as a Metal Worker and an Automotive Mechanic with the 1st Marine Division. Willie earned awards/citations that included the Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Letter of Appreciation(3) and Meritorious Mast, and the Rifle Expert Badge. He was honorably discharged in 1988 as a Corporal.

After the military, Willie had his own trucking company and contracted out to the US Postal Service. In his spare time Willie loved going to car shows.

Willie is survived by his wife Marva, daughter Jazzmine, son Justen, and four grandchildren.

Note: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, please see the time table if you would like to participate.  For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

Note:  The weather is predicted to be hot so please stay hydrated and don't forget to eat; it can make a difference with your ability to withstand the heat.
