It is an honor the family of George Polanco requests the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in their loved one's funeral service and military honors.

 

George proudly served in the USMC from 1970 to 1992, serving in Desert Storm and retired at the rank of Staff Sergeant.

 

On 16 MAY 14 George lost his courageous battle with bone cancer.

 

George is survived by his wife, Estelle; daughters, Cindy, Jennifer and Melodie and three grandchildren, Mikayla (6), Ezekiel (4) and Noah (2).

 

Note:  This notice is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this military veteran.  For those interested all are welcome.

 

Time Table for Thursday, 29 MAY 14:

 

1245 hrs   Stage at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd.

                  Riverside, CA. 92518 (Staging Area #8)

 

1300 hrs   Mission Briefing

 

1330 hrs   KSU to assigned shelter for flag line and military honors.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
