SHORT NOTICE MISSION REQUEST!
The United States Marine Corps and family of LCpl Tevon S. Wade, 19, have requested the Patriot Guard Riders accompany their hero from the mortuary to the cemetery for military honors. It will be our privilege to honor their request.
Tevon joined the Marine Corps in July 2024 and through relentless dedication and hard work he achieved the rank of Lance Corporal. He was stationed at Pasadena I&I Headquarters and Service Company, 2/23, 4th Marine Division at the time of his passing.
Being raised in two churches, Tevon’s faith was the cornerstone of his life; he also had a love for music that was a significant part of his identity.
Tevon was a radiant light. He will be forever missed by his mother and stepfather, two brothers, grandparents, and a network of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who adored him.
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this military veteran. For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the mortuary to the cemetery, approximately 14 miles. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.

1215-1230: Flag line and dignified transfer of hero from coach to the building.
1230: KSU to Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA.

You do not have to be a veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the Ride Captain (RC). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum.
