The family of Lewis E. Price have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in their hero’s final journey. We are honored to fulfill this request.
Lewis served in the United States Army for approximately three years. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Corporal (E-4). During that time, his MOS was radio repairman.
Returning to civilian life, Lewis spanned living in Maryland working for Kaiser Aluminum, transferred to the Midwest working as a pipefitter which took him to Anchorage, Alaska. Later in life, he met his second wife and moved to Murrieta, CA where they began a new chapter in life. He spent most of his career working as a contractor.
Lewis was an avid baseball and football fan as well as league bowling and roller skating. He liked tinkering with small repairs. When his health slowed him down, he tried not to miss a Bingo night or a Taco Tuesday with his lunch buddies.
Our hero is preceded in death by his wife, Lillian and son, Christian. He is survived by daughters Barbara, Joey and Crystal, as well as one sister. He will be missed by 19 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the mortuary to the cemetery, approximately 15 miles. Please see the timetable if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.
