The family of Tony H. Hernandez has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor his service and sacrifice to his country.  It will be our privilege to do so.
 
Tony H. Hernandez served in the US Army from 1950-1953 during the Korean Conflict.  He attained the rank of Corporal.
 
After his military service Tony worked as a cement mason for 30 years.  His hobbies included camping and being with his family.  He is survived by his wife of 66 years Carmen Hernandez.  His surviving siblings are Jacinto, Richard and Virginia.  His children are Stella, Tony, Dario and Henry.  He has 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
 
This mission will involve a short service at the Montecito Veterans Memorial (24145 Barton Road, Loma Linda, CA 92354) followed by a short procession to the graveside service inside Montecito Memorial Park.

1030 – Mission Briefing
 
1045 – Prepare Flag Line for arrival of our Hero at the Veterans Memorial.
 
1100 – Service at the memorial for our Hero.
 
1130 – Flag line for removal of Hero from Veterans Memorial.
 
1135 – KSU from Veterans Memorial to graveside for internment.
 
1140 – Arrival for Flag Line and Military Honors at graveside.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission.  Everyone is welcome.  We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car.  If this will be your first mission, go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
