The PGR will honor Veterans without Families by being at, and participating in final honors for these veterans. We will stand in for the families as these heroes are honored at their final internment.  A Flag Line, the playing of Taps, and ceremonial folding and presentation of the American Flag will honor these Veterans, as we show our appreciation and respect for their military service.

The Patriot Guard will serve as the Honor Guard, and represent the absent families as these veterans are laid to rest in the hallowed grounds of Miramar National Cemetery.
This week we will honor the following heroes:

Howard Lindquist    CPL      U.S. Army
Hilliard Padilla        RM2      U.S. Navy
Terry Shaw            CPL      U.S. Army
John Wellwood       PVT      U.S. Army

May the souls of these veterans rest in peace beneath the green carpet of grass in a Nation they helped to keep free.

“We Are Their Family”
