--SEE THE *NEW* TIME TABLE BELOW--

The family of FS1 Jason Taesali, 34, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this hero for his service to his country.  It will be our privilege to do so.

Jason, a married father of three, served his country in the United States Coast Guard aboard the USCG Cutter Northland (WMEC-904). The Northland has many missions including Search and Rescue, Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, and Defense Operations.

Part 1 will be to meet this hero and family as they arrive at San Diego Airport and accompany to Greenwood Memorial Park, a distance of approximately 9 miles.

Part 2 will be 29 SEPT 2016

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero from the San Diego Airport to Greenwood Memorial Park. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.  For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

NOTE: This mission involves an aircraft arrival. Arrival times can change at the last minute so please check this thread for any last minute changes before leaving.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.
