We have been invited by friends and family of Robert Earl Weston Sr. to accompany him to BNC with a flag line at his final resting place. We’re honored to do so.

 
Robert Earl Weston Sr. join the USMC on January 25,1968 to January 23, 1970 was transferred to reserve and stayed on until January 24,1974. Robert served in the Vietnam war, was a POW. He was awarded a Purple Heart, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal (1960), Vietnam Service Medal W/!*, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/ Palm, Rifle Sharpshooter Badge, Combat Action Ribbon. Robert Earl Weston Sr. was confirmed exposed to Agent Orange which could have caused the cancer that killed him. He was 100% service connected disable.

 
Robert Earl Weston was a general laborer a jack of all trades until he retired in 1998. He was a widowed in January of 2000, and he leaves behind a daughter Karrie and two granddaughters Asma & Amira who took care of him and who he loved very much for the last 7.5 years.

 
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero from the Joshua Memorial Park to his final resting place in BNC. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

1200 hrs. – K.S.U.  Accompany to Bakersfield National Cemetery; 30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, Ca  https://goo.gl/maps/yvqwYrdeokw

1330 hrs. – ETA Bakersfield National Cemetery with Flag Line for Graveside service

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please ride/drive safely.
