The family of John Escobar has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the interment and military honors for their Hero.  It would be our honor to do so.

John Escobar served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.  He was with the 101st Airborne Division and was always proud to be a "Screaming Eagle".

After being honorably discharged from the Army John later moved to Modesto, CA where he lived for 35 years.  He was a parishioner of St Stanislaus Catholic Church and valued his time spent with family and friends.

John Escobar is survived by his wife of 40 years, Doris, 5 daughters, 1 son, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
